She's my go-to-gal for measuring my basal body temperature using the fertility awareness method to track my cycle. As soon as I wake up in the morning, I pop Daysy under my tongue and BOOM, 30 seconds later I have my fertility status for the day. She gives me either red light (woah there, Fertile Mertle/fertile), yellow light (be cautious/still getting to know my cycle), a green light (good-to-go/infertile), or a purple light (when Aunt Flo is in town for a visit/menstruation).” 💜
