Since my very first purchase 2 years ago the service I have recieved has been spot on the staff are helpful and professional when you enter the shop you are acknowledged straight away they are in no rush to get your visit over and done with even on the phone they will not stop till you are satisfied and all aspects have been covered all in all the they do a top job I would recommend them to anyone I know

Heard a rumour Daytona might have my dream first bike in stock on Friday (1500hrs). Called them - asking about it - 15 minutes later. Refundable(!) deposit paid to ensure it was there the following morning for me to test-ride. Test-rode the next morning (Saturday) at 0930hrs. Was offered a couple of hours if I wanted, but it only took 30 minutes! Money paid 10 minutes later, came back to collect the bike the same afternoon. ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I don't like giving bad reviews but this was a stressful experience- purchasing first new bike. Very poor communication. Had to chase pretty much the whole time to purchase the thing! Arrived after I finished work despite taking the day off and arranging a midday delivery. Too few staff and just a lacklustre feel. Wouldn't recommend.

what can i say, as much as i loathe writing bad reviews, i bought a shoei gt air from these guys at the nec bike show, and after 3 months plus, and numerous phone calls, emails, and promises from the staff on the clothing department, i still have not recieved the pinlock insert,after i had returned the wrong one they sent out to me, at my own cost, that ws a part of the sale!! atrocious customer service, and i shall be informing the bike forums o frequent about this. im a fair guy, and give the world a reasonable opportunity, but there are only so many guarantee's people can tell you, before you loose faith in their word!.
