Excellent agency, Really on it, ive had recent experience with other local agents who quite frankly were not a patch on Matt G and his team in what i am sure are trying times

Very un-professional, This company could not even arrange the accurate valuation of my late fathers property without any customer inconsideration.
With myself living 20 miles away from the property to be valued (local to them) and with me working full time, finding time to travel such a distance with my children was difficult, I rang two weeks ahead to arrange a suitable slot, I explained in advance the difficulty that was in place but we agreed on a date and time for the valuation.
I travelled 40 minutes to the property getting there 20 minutes early to allow for traffic and waited patiently, the agreed time passed and I then called the office, I was then told that the individual who was supposed to be attending had suddenly been called to his family's needs and had left the branch a voicemail that they hadn't heard.
Whether this was true or not, the day was an extremely sensitive one at best and the sheer lack of consideration or compassion for any of its clients is an utter disgrace, not even given the circumstances was there an offer to get anyone else out. just a shall I book you in for next week.
I get its just a job to you and you employer pays you your wages no matter what, If only the director knew how you leave your customers with such a poor experience.
DB Roberts will not be selling our house now, a very lovely woman from another local estate agents made us feel much more in safe hands and reinstated our faith in knowledge that some companies simply do care.

Contacted DB Roberts for the details of a property and requesting a viewing. I had absolutely no response despite being chain free, and found the property under offer just one week later.

Very good service, they chased the vendors' conveyancers when needed and assisted us in finding insurance and life cover. It was our first purchase and they helped us along the way.

As a buyer they're irritating/pointless avoided anything with their board outside.

Absolutely stupid company. Every time I’ve viewed a house with themselves they’ve not turned up and told me “sorry we cancelled it didn’t we tell you” or 5 minutes after the viewing time say “we waited for 15 minutes before we left you wasn’t there... wasted so much time going to viewings with this company. Never again.
