Wow!!!! Spoke to Scott on the Thursday about a Dartmoor Hornet frame (which he didn't have in stock) & it was built at my place on Saturday........thrashed on Sunday!

Dude your guys service was exemplary....the turn around of my frame was outstanding!!

Very friendly staff. I went just to pump my tires but was left with very good impression. Will definitely go back if something happens to my bike. Highly recommended.

The best place I've been. So easy to speak to and they don't talk down to you. Went in I was offered a cup of tea and they sat me down on there sofas to explain all my options. Will only ever use here from now on.

I'd been trying to get a profile aqua stem and sprocket everywhere then i ended up on DC Cycles and the service was fantastic , i gave them a ring on last thursday and they managed to stock both of the products and get them delievered to me in 3 working days. Very happy customer and will be definitely be buying from here again.

I ordered a ICE F-118 frame great customer service. I live in Wyoming in the USA and received the frame in 4 days. DC cycles will see alot more business from me. Thank You for your excellent service.

Have on numerous occasions come to my rescue and offer an excellent service. Staff are very knowledgeable and offer good advice. Never pushy with unnecessary purchases. Very speedy communication no matter how silly my query might seem. Many thanks x
