DEVELOPMENT & CAPITAL Ltd brings together the extensive collective real estate knowledge of the partners across the development and capital market sector.

Over the past 25 years I have been personally involved in investment and development across Europe, Asia, Africa, North & South American. Pitching, transacting, underwriting and consulting to JV partners, banks and major institutional investors.

In roles as both principal and consultant I have transaction experience across all sectors, the majority of my career has been focused on commercial real estate investment with the last 3 years in London focused on capital raising and underwriting Branded Residential Development, PRS (Multifamily) and Purpose Built Student Accommodation.

I have held senior management roles for large multi-national advisory firms such as DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, having headed up Capital Markets in Eastern Europe and for Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEMEA) for DTZ and as a member of the cross-border team for CW. I have also worked for Private Equity investment houses and start ups.

Having parachuted into various markets, sectors and transactions my particular skill is identifying and analysing key transaction /market drivers, facilitating clear decision making or setting out new avenues for further research and analysis.

Detailed preparation of underwiring material for board presentation, capital raising or project financing has been a major part of my professional career. I am able to add value at all stages of the process from strategic oversight, review, to full underwriting and financial analysis which includes research, drafting and production through to presentation. With literally hundreds of pitch wins (and losses) behind me I can provide service as a team sounding board, coach or participate in any pitch team role required.

In addition I am skilled in the production of pitch material in PowerPoint and Adobe - InDesign, born out of necessity and frustrated with working with designers who don't "get it" over the years. This means I can offer a One Stop Shop!
