Hey Charlie are the ‘new band on the block’. An all-female trio from London filled with grunged up guitars, sugar pop melodies and challenging the stereotype of what it means to be a rock band in 2018.
After making a big splash with their debut single “Hey”, making it into Spotify’s UK Viral Top 50 and New Music Friday,
Hey Charlie were just getting started. After receiving support from BBC Radio 1 and Kerrang! as well as playing alongside the likes of Liam Gallagher, Green Day & Foster the People, they landed a European tour with All Time Low last year where they fast gained a reputation as an unpredictable cyclonic live force
Main Support FLOWERPOT are a young and energetic Alt-Rock 4-piece with influences from across the board, from Guns & roses to Crobot, from Halestorm to Nirvana. They have developed their unique style thanks to the input and talent of each band member during songwriting and it has resulted in a fresh Heavy Alt Rock sound with a bit of something for everyone!
Flowerpot has been on a long and trying journey since it was first founded in 2014, but through the struggle have emerged stronger than ever, and 2018 has proven just that! The band is booked in the studio to record their debut EP ‘Trouble’ in January 2019 looking to release in late spring.
Flowerpot are full of passion and talent and are definitely one to keep an eye on! They move forward into 2019 hoping to take the band further than ever before!
Opening Band EVERYTHING ELSE The Bristol-based band formed in late 2016 as a four-piece. After a year of playing shows in Bristol and the surrounding areas as well as being invited to play in Plymouth and London, the band parted ways with their lead singer and became a three-piece including Elliott Tottle (Guitar) and Matthew Bryant (Bass) taking over vocal duties.
At the start of 2018 their drummer departed the band to pursue other interests, leaving the seat behind the kit to be filled by the talented and technical Beth Goodchild who added a new dimension to the band’s live shows and composition. 2018 saw the band self-record and produce their debut six-track EP, “Land Of Hurt (And Poorly Expressed Feelings)”. The band continue to impress audiences with their energetic, indie-rock performances, including support slots for touring bands and headlining a number of shows such as their EP launch at The Louisiana, Bristol.
2019 promises to be an exciting year for Everything Else with a second EP currently in the writing stage and plans for a tour to accompany it’s release later in the year.
