Always receive really top class service from D&D Autos and they always go the extra mile with things like a free shuttle service to your choice of drop off point once you've left your car there - I don't know many garages that would do that! Really professional and friendly and happily recommend them to anyone.

Just had our car serviced and mot'd at D&D. Richard and the other chaps provided great service as always. We have taken our car here for the last 10+ years as we have always been happy with what they do and they have always fixed the problem with the car first time!

I was taken here when my car broke down on the M25 by the RAC so it is an RAC approved garage. I was told by the RAC that there was a problem with the throttle body using their diagnostic tool and I needed to take it to the garage. When I got to the garage, I told them that apparently there is a problem with the throttle body. The guy at the reception said that it will take a few days to diagnose the problem properly which was fine since it was during the New Years period.

I got a phone call a few days later saying that they could not find what the problem was and said it is potentially the ECU that is the problem and it would cost £1000 pounds to replace + labour charges!! I did not go ahead with this and had to spend £80 for "diagnosing" the problem.

I went to another garage in Ashford and they quickly diagnosed the problem with something wrong with the throttle body (which was what the RAC originally said!). They managed to replace the throttle body with a second hand part costing in total £200 (including labour charges).

I am disappointed in spending £80 for D&D Autos for not even diagnosing the problem correctly which is funny because I even told them the RAC found a problem with the throttle body!!! Please do not waste your time or money going here!!!

Order my tyres from black cicles, tyres there fitted perfectly! However when go to view my black box appeared to drive my car quite aggressively and paid for wheel alignment, however they didn't need doing. One would thought you check my using the testing instrument what paid for, rather the driving my car aggressively. I will be looking for another dealer.
