IT’S TIME FOR ANOTHER NOT ANOTHER OPEN MIC NIGHT!
‘Dead Good @ Redwood’ is a night in which talented musicians from Brighton and beyond showcase their material in a raw and acoustic form. Singer /songwriters and musicians alike will be performing in a cosy, candle-lit setting with nothing but their voices and acoustics of the room to carry them.
If music isn't enough to pull you out of your living room mid-week then perhaps an appetite for food might do the trick.
We will be providing a whole array of homemade delights served in a tapas-esque manner for you to munch on merrily whilst taking in some beautiful tunes and chin-wagging till you heart is content.
STILL NOT ENOUGH? Corrr blimey! You’re a tough crowd…In that case we are going to throw a ‘Music & Madness Café Quiz’ into the mix for you to whack your knowledge and creativity all over with a chance to win some relatively predictable prizes!
Lest we forget the beautiful Coffee /Tea and Cake the Redwood crew will continue to serve late into the night!
Most of us music and coffee lovers here in Brighton have crossed paths with Redwood at sometime or another, and here is the chance to enjoy this beautiful little Cafe at night time!
Hosted by Joe T-D (of Town of Cats), with a line-up of lovelies to be announced, this evening will still have an open floor so if YOU ARE A MUSICIAN and would like to come and play please either get in contact with Joe Travis-Dean (joet-d@hotmail. co. uk) or ask one of the Redwood Gang for details!
The entry price is five pounds (or only one pound if you have a fully stamped loyalty card), which goes towards the food that is made on the night, and hopefully a few quid towards the promotion of the next DeadGood! ! ! !
