Deal Museum

Deal Museum is situated in the heart of the historic town of Deal in Kent.

Deal Maritime & Local History Museum has an extensive collection of artefacts and archives on the history and development of Deal, Walmer, Kingsdown and the outlying districts. It welcomes donations of material to enhance the understanding and importance of both the maritime and the local history of the area.

As a registered independent charitable trust staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers we receive no outside funding.

There is disabled access throughout the entire ground floor and boatyard. For the security of the collections the museum is monitored by cctv and your visit will be recorded.
