Deans Furnishers Description
We are a family business, which has been trading from the same premises since 1976. The website has been in existence since 1999 and has enabled us to expand from serving only Herts, Beds, Cambs, Essex & London population to a national, indeed an international clientele.
Our friendly trained staff has between them, 130 years experience in the furniture industry as well as marketing, IT, finance and logistics. We offer comprehensive online product information or we are happy to answer any questions you might have either by email or by telephone. We are up-to-date on product knowledge and the latest interior design trends so, rest assured, that there is nothing fuddy-duddy on our vast area of products available on line.
However, this does not mean a lack of quality. Dean's supply only tried and tested problem free goods. It is hardly worth our while to give you the worrisome task of sending faulty goods back! It's not often you get such amazing customer service. Olly was so helpful and easy to talk to for both me and my 12 year old daughter who was looking for a bed. He came up with the quotes so quickly and was so efficient, and was very fair in agreeing prices and more to the point advising us of the best products, I was SO impressed! On top of that, the new building they are in is beautiful, all on one floor, and the toilets were well posh! Lovely place and I wish olly and the team all the best as they are OUTSTANDING!
