I am passionate about connection. Life wants to connect and so do humans. Broken connections are described by people's personal narratives & can be healed.

This page reflects my passion for helping clients find and re-make broken connections that they don't necessarily even know are broken.

The clue to broken connections is neurosis, a very ordinary human addiction to believing your own personal narrative. That narrative about yourself is a fiction. You are a living being, and you can't get being you wrong.

You may have, however, habitual behaviours that do not support you these can, along with your narrative, be made conscious and healed.

I have been a therapist for eighteen years and I am more passionate about human connection now than when I started.

Life always progresses through the same evolutionary life cycle. Since we humans developed a conscious mind, however, and reached the stage where we are damaging our environment, the life cycle of a post-modern adult requires us to participate in our own forming.

We need to consciously build or mend our broken inner connections in order to become whole, in order to make satisfying connections beyond ourselves.

We do this by reorganising our somatic structure, which frees up the energy of our life force. This in turn ends our feeling victimised by our unconscious personal narratives and ineffective behaviours that do, like out narrative, simply describe the broken connections.

Just as a flower blooms in June, so are humans blooming. Every human being just wants to be connected to the life in them and around them.

Just like a neuron, a human is designed to make connections. We just have to consciously grow our own wholeness in order to do that.

It's not a given.

The flower just wants to bloom.
