I am a fully qualified, BACP Registered counsellor experienced working with adults, couples and families covering a wide range of life issues. Specialising where Aspergers is a factor.

I am a fully qualified counsellor experienced working with both adults and children and a wide range of life issues including Anger Management, Anxiety and Depression. (including Generalised anxiety disorder and Panic disorder) I am also experienced in working with relationship issues with individuals, couples or families.

My approach is Person-centred which means that I am led by my client enabling me to tailor the therapy to the individual clients' requirements. It is an approach which enables the client to work with what suits them and at their own pace.

All too often, counselling is thought of as an extreme measure or just for people who are ill. I believe it would benefit many of us to talk in confidence to an exceptionally responsive person about our private concerns.
