Very all over the place as the store is split into about 4 little stores in Canterbury. Produce can be over priced!

Fabulous store. Good variety. Fashionable and great for gifts at Xmas.

Unhelpful staff.. talked about customers within their eyesight. Not a pleasant experience.. Sales are good, just a shame their customer service is lacking

The shop rambles over a couple of levels; quirky when you are trying to find specific departments.

Great Debenhams which is split over 2 stores one clothes and the other home ware. Great displays and staff around to help. Always visit after Christmas to get the best discount products

Not the biggest debenhams, but the cafe was convenient and well priced in a city such as Canterbury. Staff were friendly

If ever there was a place that needed an overhaul it is here! Disorganised, sprawling, cluttered and does not stock the more fashionable ranges that other branches do. Take a look at the Debenhams in Ashford I was amazed!
