Only buy clothes and home wear. Both good quality and it’s bright and clean and well laid out, I hate pushy assistants but never get that here. It’s been modernised in the last couple of years, yes it’s not in the town centre but worth a breath of fresh air ( only takes 4 minutes !!! ) from chav quay !

I wanted some perfume for a present and being male I needed advice at one point l had three ladies helping me all very helpful and I made two purchases.

Just love this shop, everything I needed to get under one roof. Nice lunch in the restaurant too.

Called at the Southampton store today because I had been sent a discount code. I wanted to buy a.mattress topper and some.sheets, unfortunately the stock is very limited. I have not been to the store for some time. It now seems to be selling clothes and not much else. We bought the bedding items from JOHN LEWIS. It's a shame the Southampton store used to be very good. Going back over e0 years I worked there for a time

A bit run down from the outside but the inside is still bright. I don't think it gets much attention as it is away from the high street.

I came to Debenhams in Southampton to get my make up sorted and I looked around many of the cosmetics but when I got to urban decay I was greeted by a lovely girl called Kat she was amazing!! She helped me with a colour match and did a full face for me so I could see what it would look like she was such a lovely girl she answered all my question and made me feel really comfortable I was very pleased with the makeup and especially the service I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely love this shop. Almost all clothes have good quality, staff is super friendly and great sales. 2 things I don't like there is 1 sometimes 2 dressing rooms open and toilets are horrible they really need improvement.

Excellent experience considering I hate, with a passion, clothes shopping. I had an appointment with Katie Eastwood, a Personal Shopper, for The Mother of the Bride outfit. She was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. I came away with a complete outfit: - hat/fasinator, dress, jacket, bag and shoes. Thank you one very happy lady!

Absolutely brilliant menswear department covering an entire floor. Friendly staff. Good facilities.

normally can get pretty much what i need here from smellies to clothes even cater for the extra large person!

Went to get a new dress here with my other half. A lot of selection, but hardly any staff and most of the changing rooms were closed. Far too hot as well, some air-conditioning would have helped!

When a coffee shop is always busy, even when there's a choice of others within a stone's throw, that's an indication of being better than the rest. This is something special.
