Nice department store but avoid the Cafe upstairs it's dirty, loads of dirty plates etc left on the tables & slow service but the shopping is good.

I think it important,

Debenhams eurgh, I only go in there with the missus, I follow her round like a lost puppy for 45 mins, sit near the dressing room for what seems a lifetime & she never buys anything. Escalators are fun though.

Amazing staff and extremely catered for our needs, would definetly go again ❤️

It is difficult to navigate inside as the layout is confusing and everything is cramped especially the ground floor. Returns desk is always abandoned. No one answers the bell on the desk. Both the times I went for a return, I had to go to different floor to find staff to help.

Pretty much what you expect from a department store! Nice cafe with some roman remains.

A nice shop. Prices are maybe higher than other shops out there and the way they organise clothes is weird. For example, I went for some jeans. Instead of all jeans being together, it seems organised by brand. All of one brand in one area. Makes it hard to find a specific item of clothing unless you walk round the whole store in to each area.

Found some great bargains here. Clean tidy store
