Terrible customer service at Debenhams suit hire shop. Manager managed to order wedding outfit to the wrong store (in central London!) but neither acknowledged her mistake or apologised. Shoddy attitude. Avoid the hire shop.

Lovely shop ,very helpful young lady on the jewellery counter, good service .

Was given wrong size then returned for correct size on lable which turned out to be incorrectly sized.

Instead you speak to a numpty who got opening hours wrong after after apparently 'speaking' to store!!!

If you dream it they may have it. Toys clothes and more. It's like shopping in Macys.

The architecture is nice

My wife and I visited the Bury Menswear section to order two Vee Neck jumpers, but were unable to order as no stock in my size. I was advised to order online at the bury store, a young lady called Vanessa and her Manager called Christian came to or rescue and advised us how to input our order.
