Debenhams

Visited with my wife to buy some clothing ,which she was well supported by staff. Bought one item which we were able to get discount on. Staff suggested that we go online to buy other items and took my email address. A money off voucher was emailed to me and we were able to order two more items at a discount.

We ordered and saved money on postage to get the items delivered to Debenhams store. The collection point is in the basement and again the staff there were supportive and polite. Collected within five minutes and no problems as the Telford Town Centre has free WiFi to be able to show the electronic barcode on my tablet.( Be aware that the WiFi signal does not seem to work on all the top floor of Debenhams! )

A great place to shop for clothes and makeup products. Plenty for choice for gift ideas!

Quality clothing and perfumery. Staff are so lively. Pain to the pocket though.

A nice laid out shop with good variety of stock. Mens clothing is pretty good, as is kitchenware. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable

Went to Debenhams in need of some shoes for a night out. I found some really nice shoes in Dune but they weren't in my size. A girl called Kiran came over to me and asked if I needed any help which I asked her if they had those shoes in my size. She happily went to have a look in the back but came back saying that we did not have in my size. After saying this, she suggested that I tried another type of shoe which I happily agreed to. After getting some from out of the back and me trying them on, I decided that I would like to purchase them. She took them over to the till for me and I paid for them. Kiran was so helpful to me and she was such a lovely girl. So yeah, I was really pleased with the service that I was given
