Whether you are feeling anxious about work, are suffering from a bereavement or you feel that life is getting on top of you, it is good to talk. Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk in a warm and empathic environment about your life past and present. I can facilitate one-to-one sessions with adults and young people and family sessions are available on request.

All sessions are confidential and, as member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) I work within their ethical framework. I am committed to providing a non-judgemental and safe setting that will enable you to feel comfortable throughout our sessions.
