Deburnays Dance Centre

Thank you to all the parents and students who supported us at charter day. We had a great time and it was lovely to be the opening school on the stage. Although the sun wasn’t shining it was a great atmosphere 😁 You all danced with energy and enthusiasm and we had an amazing audience😍! Well done guys Xxx

Well done to Hannah Parry for gaining a certificate of achievement today. You have been working so hard Hannah and we can see a big improvement with your technique, flexibility and performance! 🎉 A special mention to Mary Crane who has been working hard with her stretching. We are pleased to have been asked to perform this year again at Retford Charter day this coming Monday 6th May. We will be dancing on the stage area in the park and we are the first performing group on at 12:30 so please come along and support team DB 💃 😁👍🏻!!! It’s always a fun day with so much to see and do so we’d love to see you there! 😍

Wahoooo! Well done to senior student Faith Beevers for gaining a place at SLP College on the full time course to commence in. September. Faith currently studies ballet, modern, tap, musical theatre, singing and acro and is a super talented performer! Congratulations Faith on your achievement. We are all sooooo proud of you! 🎉❤️🎉❤️

My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3 years old, not only has she been trained in all aspects of dance to an exceptional level, but the values instilled, sportsmanship taught and opportunities given to the pupils helps them grow in all aspects of their lives, great friendly place for parents too :)

My daughter had been dancing with deburnay's for 12 happy years. The dance teachers are so professional and devoted to getting the best from all the dancers . As a mum I am so proud that my daughter is part of the deburnay's dance centre. Wishing you all loads of successful and happy times in the future love Sally Anne . Xxx

I moved to Deburney's from

another dance school at age 11(ish) and so did most of my training that I can remember there. I was welcomed as a new comer and felt at home right away. In the years following I received great training as well as making amazing friends. At Deburney's we were always working towards grades or shows whilst also always keeping class fun and rewarding. I moved onto training professionally at Bird college which Deburneys had done a great job in preparing me in both dance technique and performance and also Wendy gave me great advice when I had important decisions to make. Deburney's really has a great family feel and really gives everyone the opportunity to shine. I am now working professionally as Dancer and I really do owe an awful lot of credit to this wonderful dance school!!
