It's quite good for all your leisure activity equipment very relaxed shop floor with what seems to be kids running around with minimal parental supervision having nearly stood or knocked one or two over when trying items on. plenty of parking and the cost will be refunded when items are purchased.

Great store, nice staff who have lots of info at hand and they are helpful. The only issue is the parking charges, which are refundable, that they've implemented. During match days then ok, but not 24/7. Decathlon have definitely lost money from us.

I have bad experience cos I ordered an item online, paid and ordered to collect in the store, I didn’t receive any email with my order details or any receipt, just welcome for sign, cos to pay your item u need to have an account. I waited more than two weeks, and the only way I could track my item was enter to the web site in my account. I wrote an email complaining about it, cos the status it was processing. Whatever after a month they said my order had been cancelled. I wrote another email to them, and I’m still waiting for answers. I thought that decathlon was so much better with customer service. Very disappointed.

The store is ace with good quality sports good at a very good price. Parking is a bit of a pain as you need change on you..... Who carries money around with them these days!!??

I popped in to Decathlon with my bike for a few bits before a ride out and had a chat with the bike specialist guys at the back right hand side of the store.
Well I couldn't have asked for better service! Absolutely delighted with the advice and help from them! Really took the time to help and alter a few things for me. Highly recommend a visit. Prices are very good too.

I visited this store last week to buy mud guards, a water bottle holder and chain guard for my new mountain bike.
I got great advise re what to buy from Luke. He then helped fit the items to my bike, along with another man from the bike repair department. No charge for this.
Very impressed with this efficient, friendly, helpful service. Thanks guys!

Amazing experience. We went on Saturday to buy my son a bike. Fantastic service by Tom which built the built while we waited. My son loved the experience. The product, service and price were fantastic.
