Decathlon Coventry

Good range of items and generally good quality but extremely poor customer service as staff tried to not honour Decthlon's own warranty policy. Attitude of cycle dept staff member was abysmal.

Craig, the bike mechanic, is an absolute legend. Sorted out a flat tyre while I shopped. The other staff on duty that day were also really helpful. I've been back since for more purchases, thankfully no more repairs needed.

Very good store. Had all the things I needed. I was able to get in and out a very happy woman.

Wide selection of sports and outdoor activity gear in spacious store. Prices to suit all budgets.

A good shop...they cater for over 70 sports and have some nice stuff at nice prices. Tonight I was able to purchase a boxing training vest and shorts, a running vest and shorts and a cap for less than 50 quid. I really like this shop....I can't always get everything I'm after, but they are one of my first ports if call.

Love this store, and this company. Great range of products from entry level to advanced, brilliant prices, and everything I've bought from there has lasted and been great value. Even their online ordering is great- super fast delivery. When I had a problem with an order I called them, and a person answered straight away- no hold, no "press 7 for anything else".

Very impressed with this store. Great range of gear for many different sports. Particularly impressed with the Cycling and Outdoor items. Came away purchasing quite a few items for the upcoming colder season. Easy store to navigate with changing rooms etc. Would definitely come here again in the future.

Decathlon Story is a very nice quiet store which doesn't have many customers in as it doesn't appeal to a lot of the customers. It's target market is mostly towards sporty people who are into a variety range of sports that include Cycling, Fitness, Gym and much more.

The staff are very helpful indeed and are willing to serve you with happiness even if, it is for a price check on a item!
