Serial customer, great clothing at good prices, we always visit when in the area. Visit today marred slightly because they were playing "let it go" from Frozen.

We need one of these stores in the west country.

Well laid out, wide aisles, all your spring needs in one place at great prices. Make a list before you get here and stick to it, or you'll spend a fortune on more bargains than you can fit in your garage/wardrobe/cupboard under the stairs!

I bought the most comfortable boots i have ever owned from here.My boots took me around the cliffs and beaches of Jersey when i completed The Channel Island Way in 2016,a wet week in the Gower Peninsula,and the coastline of the Isle of Wight,as well as a lot of sightseeing in between.7th nov 17.Ive just bought a new pair of boots and trainers for less than forty quid,and a pair of shorts for 7.Im going somewhere warm in a few days.Best outdoor shop in town....Please don't confuse reasonable prices with lack of quality.thanks.

Went in looking for a jacket from the website but it wasn't in stock. The staff were helpful.in finding an alternative for a similar price.

Joe in the Bike Department could not have been more helpful.

Dispite juggling a handful of customers on his own and a constamtly ringing phone. He went out of his way to make sure I was looked after.

I was about to rate this store 1/5 because of what I experienced from the workshop manager attitude issues towards communicating with customers as well as ops manager's caring the least manners. But thanks to Joe and Luis for saving the day. Well done Joe and Luis, you guys are amazingly wonderful, friendly/professional all geared up to help customers. This shop is lucky to have you both. Keep it up! and thank you for helping me with all the shopping and bike maintenance matters.

I don't give five stars lightly but it really is hard to find fault here. I took my sons bike in on Monday for a checkover after a minor accident. They offered to do the annual device too for £29.99. Seemed reasonable compared to competitors like Halfords After all, you can't put a price tag on your child's safety. They politely explained that they could not promise a quick turnaround and I was OK with that although my son was disappointed he would be without his pride and joy for half term. The young man who worked there picked up on this and promised my son he would turn it around as quickly as possible. That same evening I received a text from Decathlon to say it was ready. When I saw the receipt I was disappointed as it said £9.99 so I assumed they didn't do the full service. Once again the perceptive young man there (same one as Monday) noticed my disappointment and explained that the full service was done but they only charged £9.99 because it was in good condition and did not need a lot of work doing to it. I was so happy I treated myself to a new digital watch for £20. Take note competitors, this is how to run a business. I am also impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the staff there. A special shout out to Joe who made myself and my son feel like valued customers. Thank you.

I took some boots to be personalised and the chap who was doing it accidentally had the transfer to hot so there was a slight scold mark. I didn't have to pay for the printing, was allowed to choose a new pair of boots for my son which they didn't have in the store in his size so they were ordered. They arrived quickly and we were invited back in store to collect them and have them personalised. The chap who does the printing finished at 7pm. We were stuck in traffic and arrived just after seven, as we were about to leave the chap who was on his way home saw us and said he would stay late to do the printing. Brilliant job decathlon, great customer service and Fermin is a credit to you.

Took a road bike back today as wasn't what I wanted. There was nothing wrong with it but it was fully refunded within the 365 days guarantee with no problem. Then bought a hybrid with help from the lovely David, who offered good advice and fitted a stand, all with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better service, thanks

Love this shop, they offer cheap and high quality products at the same time! the staff is friendly and available. You can order online and collect at the store, and get refund if finally you don't want one or more product of your order. The customer service again is efficient! thanks!

We went in ,clean well laid out. However when I asked for the attention of a member of staff to find horse ring hats she was busy chatting to her friend and completely ignored me and walked past!!!!!! I had to ask at the till where the girl was lovely and helpful
