We are a Community Interest Company (05469735) regulated by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills. Decipha CIC has been set up to benefit young people and adults with special and additional needs. We aim to ensure that young people and adults with complex needs will be better supported and have access to specialist learning and IT assessments to improve their literacy and communication skills as well as to have access to information and support through life changing transitions from childhood to adulthood. We also aim to ensure that those living and working with young people and adults with additional needs will be better informed about specific conditions and any associated learning and behavioural difficulties. Who are we?We are a team of specialist advisers who work with young people and adults with special and additional needs and their families. We provide coaching, mentoring, learning assessments and bespoke interventions. Our flagship literacy programme Decipha Reading won the National Lottery Award in 2012We can provide training for professionals and families in a variety of additional needs such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD and other complex medical, physical and neurological difficulties. Our Commitment to the CommunitySurplus profits from Decipha CIC activities and programmes will be reinvested to fund initiatives to improve the quality of life for young people living with complex needs.
