I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of gerbera and eucalyptus from Decoflora. Obviously it is a little difficult to be sure of what you are going to get with an online shop for such items but these are very realistic looking, excellent quality and good value for money. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

I ordered goods from this company that looked nothing like the picture they used to advertise them. When I told them this and that I wanted to return the goods I was told I had to pay for the return, which would have cost almost as much as the goods themselves. I didn't send them back for this reason, and this is how they likely get away with selling rubbish products that look nothing like advertised, because sending them back is too expensive!

They were also very rude on the phone and hung up on me when I tried to discuss the matter with them.

Their goods, customer service and policies are all terrible - don't touch them with a barge pole!

Ordered my wedding bouquet as I thought it would be nice to keep it. The flowers themselves are pretty.

However they come in poor packaging and were quite squashed by the time I received them, so they don't look great until you get them to open up properly.

I also had to buy a boutonniere that didn't match as they said they would put the matching one up on the site several times but never did.

The delivery through DPD was very reliable.

Ordered single stems to make up a summer arrangement .Very happy with quality of flowers and foilage.Sumptious colours of peaches,creams,touch of hot pink and soft blue/lilac for informal display.Colours accurate and very quick delivery.Will use again.

Ordered a mix of stems and a bunch of roses from the normal range (not the 'real touch' range as that one did not have what I wanted).

The communication and delivery were excellent - perhaps the best I have had shopping online.

Unfortunately the flowers are very disappointing. They are not authentic at all. The stems are shiny plastic with glue joints clearly visible. The leaves are properly coloured only on one side and they come flattened - so it is impossible to make them so that the undersides would not show and they just look very fake.

They are not worse than most artificial flowers one sees in the shops - but that is not what I was looking for. I have seen some very good ones in the past, and at these prices and with such a wide selection I was hoping for something better.

Now need to decide whether I can be bothered to go through the process of returning... Or just cut my losses.
