Deep Blue

When you can get your order this food is adequate, however I placed an order and was told it had been rejected because apparently the shop was "too busy". Such a joke.

Fish smaller and batter not quite as crunchy as it used to be, but as the only gluten free chip shop around here we use it but not as often now

good tasty fish and chips at a fair price.
pleasant speedy service and food well presented in tidy neat box rather than wrapped, so easy to eat when on the go.
will certainly return for more, nice place.

Small chippy, a bit pricey, but good food. If you're going for lunch avoid the rush from 12:15.

Amazing and gluten free Monday is a great addition to already great fish and chips.

5 dinners pre ordered realised we only had 4 when we got home, rang to be told, ah we forgot to put it in the bag. Drove back to the shop, no apology, got back home to discover it had obviously just been sitting there as it was cold. Then we realised that the salad and sauces weren't in the burgers either!
Packaged beautifully but as for the rest, food quality, over priced and service, useless.

Not a fine dinning good, but consistently satisfying cod and Haddock. A bit expensive, but considering its a fish, if they had a free drink and just a small portion of their chips in that price of the fish would be awesome. Thats the only authentic take away Fish and Chips around the area, can't afford to lose one. .

Deep Blue has the distinction of being both the most expensive and the worst quality fish and chips I have ever been served.

I visited about quarter past five on Monday 6th February 2017 and ordered a large cod and chips for which nearly £10 was charged, I would expect to pat £6 to £7 in my local chippy. The meal was cold, dry and I suspect left over from lunchtime; certainly not cooked fresh. The appearance was nothing like the pictures on the Deep Blue web site and size wise could not be described as large. I was staying in the hotel opposite the shop and would have returned the food had it not started raining fairly heavily. Most of the meal went in the bin. I would avoid this shop, its a rip off. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dropped in late afternoon to grab a bit to eat before work in the evening, Cod and Chips were lovely not oily like some places would definitely recommend.

I expected alot better quality wise
The cod and chips weren't even fresh
Portions were good size. I was really looking foward eating a good chippy and let down in the end spending 35quid.
