Deep Blue

Wasted my money and a Sunday evening.. I will never ever enter this restaurant again.
First of all, their service is unbelievable ( they couldn't get my order right, when I tried to express my concerns, the counter person ignored me until I had to shout at him. Then this lady comes in from the kitchen and advise the counter boy to throw in an extra item in my package rather than re-doing my order as I paid for it.
To make matters worse, neither of the food was consumable.. at least not by a normal person, the chips were dry as wood no salt or vineger and the fish was sooked and dropping oil.
I don't think I will be considering eating fish and chips any sooner.. totally gutted.

All lot of rave reviews on here by people who either have no clue what GOOD fish & chips is like or they caught this place on a good day.
I Ordered Large Cod & Standard chips £8.40 !!!
The chips were over cooked & luke warm, the cod was skinless & a good size but had no flavor at all plus the batter was mostly soggy.
Served up in those horrible boxes (bring back paper)
The only good thing I can say is they take cards as payment.

Over priced and small portions. Service not terribly friendly. Wouldn't go again

First time here, nice fish and chips and I will stop by again when next passing...

Food is good. Can get busy but that's to be expected. Would like a little more vinegar on the chips thought :)

Been a customer for a while. Visit on a good day and food and service are great although I agree the chips are overpriced, small portion for price and often aren't cooked enough. Tonight I was served by a cocky guy who wanted to put my debit card in the machine incase I broke it and who argued when he got my order wrong. I cancelled my order and for a refund. Will be sticking with the fish and chip shop at Woodhatch which is cheaper with better service.

Good quality food, very little waiting time.

Great service and the food is fantastic. The batter they use is of good quality and you can really taste the difference. They service was great and the food was cooked perfectly. I now understand why it's so popular.

Great selection, everything is always tasty, fresh and crisp, plus you get a service with a smile. My all time favorite fish&chips place.
