Very good food. Only problem while paying with MasterCard.

Always good service great fish and chips and tasty sausages in batter!

All ways had excellent service only place for miles that does gluten free fish and chips shame it's only Sunday and Mondays

I have ordered food for home delivery many many times but last night will be the last. Delivery time has rarely been great however waiting for 1 hour 20 mins is unacceptable. So disappointed as the food is good

Seemed to be improving, but today had to put the fish in the bin - what there was in the batter was very dry and inedible. Not good when you pay £8 + !
Later edit: following my complaint on website the manager called to apologise and offer complimentary meal. I was very impressed with the response.

Brilliant, couldn't ask for a better service polite and efficient, tasty chips.

Used to be excellent but seems to have new ownet. No salad with scampi. Fish is undercooked and chips overcooked. Tried three times to give benifit of doubt and each time thrown most of the food away. A great shame. Profit wins over quality

Very disappointed tonight. Food barely warm,. Pie that cost £4 was dry and crispy could barely cut into it, what's happened? It'll be a while before we go again

Best fish and chips around. They would get 5 stars if they did battered halloumi

We normally have lovely food at this place, but today was terrible! The food turned up 20mins late, which we didn't really mind, but when we got the food the chips were anemic and cold. The curry sauce was just a solid lump like a mashed potato consistency which made it inedible. We rang up to complain and they were really nice on the phone and brought us a new order quickly. The gentleman was very apologetic and gave us two complimentary bottles of Diet Coke. The replacement food was edible but still a bit disappointing as we didn't get as many chips as before and the curry sauce was still very thick. Overall the staff were lovely but the food was very disappointing.

Took my GF here 8.5 years ago on our first "Lunch Date" when we met at work. She still has the box :)

Awful - greasy, undercooked chips - had to cook them in the oven for 15 mins at 200c to make them edible. Fish was also greasy and stuck to the paper in the box - took 10 mins to dry out in the oven. Think they need to retrain their cooks in how to cook. Wont be going there again despite the fact its two minute walk from my house!!!!!!
