Deep Pan Pizza & Bar-B-Q

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered our meal and was told it would be 45 mins, 1hr 30mins later it finally arrives... after paying we realised there was a pizza missing and the kids chicken nuggets was chicken strips (that are flavoured-not something the child likes)... rang to resolve this and received accusations making us feel like we were lying about it everything... the person on the other end was very blunt and unprofessional making no claims to even discuss the issues that we were reporting... it is not the first time that the order we have received has been wrong, but it is the first time i feel so disappointed in the service that even though i have been a customer for many years i will not go back...

Helpful staff and great tasting food.

I got a belly buster with pineapple to take home and by the time I got there 600yds away Id demolished it. Off back tonight. Great pizzas.

Ive been coming here for 12 years. Best pizza in Scunthorpe in my opinion....If Im honest though the service has not been great for the past year with missing items from the orders ect...waiting 2 1/2 hours on a sat. But honestly i love the place and I will keep coming back! Chicken kebabs are delish too!

just rung to order a cheese and tomato garlic bread and chips, when the food came an hour later they had just sent a garlic bread. when I rang to tell them it was wrong they said they didn't serve a cheese and tomato bread, and that I would have to pay to rectify there mistake! appalling customer service and will not use or recommend to anyone.

Disappointing , 2 hrs from ordering , when rang to see where order was was greated by an extremely rude man. When food arrived it was too greasy to eat and cold thanks £30 wasted and still no evening meal! Will not be using again!

Great pizza and food but the only pizza place i know that doesn't cut your pizza for you then have to mess about cutting it at home and messing about

I find myself in a predicament of leaving this following review due to poor customer service.
A £32.90 order was met by poor customer service due to not delivering part of our meal.
On placing the order, a female member of staff arranged for me to have a bottle of coke instead of chips and garlic bread due to the vast price of our order. Unfortunately the pop did not arrive.!! Got told by the manager(if it was), the driver has gone home as I'm the last delivery of the night which arrived at 23:35 on a Monday evening. This leaving us to eat our meal with no pop to wash it down. A little gruntled to say the least. The male on the phone did say he would deliver a bottle twenty minutes later, no good unless we wanted to eat our food cold.
The pizza was not cut, the chicken kebab tasty if you could get passed the harsh tang of salt. The pitta bread was also uncut, hard and crunchy one side and the other cold and seemed uncooked. The entire order just seemed to be rushed.
I will not be ordering from here again and I will be sharing my experience further more. Sad, when this was only my second order from this take-away.
To get 5 star rating here, I would expect the customer to be treated with compassion and respect when it's not asking for too much.

Been ordering from here for ages and its always enjoyable. Great bases and we love their garlic sausage pizza, good portions and good value. Delivery can be a little slow at weekends but I imagine that's only because they're popular.
