Defence Lab Rugby is part of a global network of martial arts and fitness training facilities.

The main adult program that we teach is the 'DNA Fight system' This focuses on developing practical and functional resolutions to violent street altercations, it also has a fitness regime built in to the program and of course an element of fun!
