We are having technical issues with the telephones and emails. I would appear that we have had many emails that have not reached the office. May I ask that if there is anyone out there having, or has had, issues with contacting the office to firstly please appreciate that we are trying to answer as many calls and enquiries as we can in a timely fashion (so please be a patient patient!), but also please let us know here if you have had a problem with either contacting us, or... not hearing from us after an enquiry? Please let us know if it was a telephone call, an email or a facebook message? As always, we are only as successful as the service we provide, and we are all striving to make your experience of Define Clinics as seamless and stress free as possible. Mr Baguley has changed my life, the whole process from my first meeting has been second to none. I would highly recommend Mr Baguley and I know I will have further procedures. Thank you very much 5* service

Mr Baguley did an abdomnoplasty on me 1 wk ago, i had been thinking about this seriously the past 2/3yrs, did my research, and was by no means going into this with my eyes closed.was aware it was major surgery and very anxious indeed, Mr Baguley and his team knew this and made me feel so comfortable from beginging to end. i cant stop smileing at my new look and its only one wk in. im excited to start my healthy lifestyle and exercise once my recovery is over. I would recommend Mr Baguley all day every day. hes very approachable and have been given 5star treatment from him and the Woodlands Hospital. i have nicknamed him Dr Love because all the women i know whome hes treated think hes marvellous. Highly recommended.

Mr Baguley did a blepharoplasty for me in April, I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to all. And would be happy for Mr Baguley to show pictures of me before and after.

I had a breast reduction yesterday by Mr Baguley the results are amazing and have exceeded my expectations. It's life changing for me and I can't thank him enough. I was very worried about having an anaesthetic and how I would look after surgery. However the anaesthetist was fabulous I woke up after what I thought was a few seconds and feeling on top of the world! I loved my smaller pert breasts straight away! I've had no pain thus far the pain relief has worked well and I feel great. I was really well looked after my whole stay! Mr Baguley you are fantastic! Thanks Micheala :-)

Excellent service , top class surgeon , tells it like it is ...would never do something if he didn’t think it would improve your life ...he would rather not take your money if so , genuine lovely man with much talent and skill
