Decent collection, and cheap

I have bought a month ago the " best seller" 5th avenue leather shoes price £34,99 the sandals stile boots open in front and back with high heels square and are very uncomfortable if you wear for hours as I did (in house obviously to try if i can wear out after) and my feet start burning as the sole is to flat for such a high hills feeling a lot of pain. I went to the shop after week due my busy work to exchange or refoud but the store manager( forgot his name) from Westfield Shepherd Bush London it was very unprofessional refusing in very rude maner outing the escuse it was a bit desgasted the sole and he made supposition as I have wear them out which is not real otherwise I will not be so upset! Is normal I think if you wear shoes even in house with your weight to change a bit the sole but I think such a big company should have a bette politic and to help the customer, I have spend money for nothing and I keep shoes home without be able to wear. If someone has similar experience please write to Deichman customer service and is my next step to do. I have the ticket the box and everything. Very disappointing experience and please training more the staff to speak nice to the customers because is very important to find a solution otherwise affect the reputation of the brand.

Rude, snobby staff. You work as a sales assistant in a shoe store with a crap selection. Get over yourself.

This is a great one stop shop for family shoes. Very affordable options, plenty of choice, kids section particularly good. Whether it's flats, heels, sandals, boots or mid wellies or trainers you'll find something to try on. Yes, there are actual seats so you don't have to hop on one foot !.. There is one proviso though. These are low to medium market copies of well known expensive brands so they are not made of high quality leather, are not studded with pricey crystals and might not last forever. Horses for courses.You will find a few scattered Nike, Reebok and others in both the kids and men's trainer ranges. It's easy to scan the stacked rows of shoe boxes, select your size, then after trying on take them to the till. Hurray no waiting for the other shoe, or box to be fetched from the store room. There are always some sales reductions. Don't forget to check. If nothing floats your boat check out their extremely useful shoe accessories. Noteworthy are the leather insoles that transform ballerina pumps and converse canvas trainers into cool comfortable go to daily walking bliss. I'm not a fan of memory foam underfoot. They stock gel heel and toe relievers too. Protection/ cleaner sprays for leather and suede very good value for money. Childrens backpacks, purses and sundries also near the tills.
