Visited today to claim a prize I won on Facebook (cookie dough). We ate one inside and boxed one up to take away, they were generous sizes and tasted fab! We also had lunch here and it was very well priced and good portions. We will definitely visit again.

I would recommend that the Nutella bagel is removed from the menu, as when I tried to order this I was told that they don’t do it, which caused a bit of confusion.

Such a lovely place,lovely food,staff very friendly and polite,would recommend this place to all well done deli delight and keep up the good work x

Service was a bit slow.. but when it arrived it was worth it. Good value meal deal.. tbh it seems too cheap! Less chips maybe? then more room for the amazing cookie dough and ice cream! 🤪🍦😍

Just had takeaway delivered from here and all the food was a hit with the family. It came on time and was hot. The milkshakes were delicious too.

Called late at night me and hubby had sticky toffee pudding and custard which was a really generous portion and lovely then one of the lovely girls serving came up and said we could have a hot drink on them we both had a cappuccino which was also good ! Highly recommend you to call if you’ve got a sweet tooth and fancy something to hit the spot

Fantastic value for money and great interior the only issue I had with it was down stairs is fantastic but get full very quick up stairs looks like your in a grubby coffee shop. If the interior was carried through out the restaurant it would be 5 stars

Went with my son had peri peri steak meal was good. Place looks amazing nice atmosphere also customer service was good and staff are really polite. They need to take card payments i had to pay cash had to go and withdraw it as I don't carry cash. I highly recommend this place hope they do well good luck to the local boys.

The food in this place is to a good standard however they are let down by their desserts. Well the sundaes. They charge the same as their competitors but give you an extra small portion! Hardly any ice cream in it! And defo stay away from the pistachio ice cream!

The layout is bright, colorful and fresh just what a shop in Wakefield needs. Unfortunately had a bad experience, due to lunch break we asked for a take away (we only are given 30minutes) I asked for a waffle. Was given a waiting time of 20mins accepted thinking it might be sooner just a rough guide. Having waited almost 40minutes I was given my order which does come in a lovely colourful takeaway box and separate colourful tub of ice cream. However on returning to work 50minutes from signing out, the waffle was almost cold and soggy like it had just been warmed up and toppings added. Quite disappointed due to work colleagues looking forward to something different and new opening in Wakefield and have always talked about needing an American diner type of place. My friend also was very disappointed with her sundae which just happened to be scoops of ice-cream. While we were waiting, 2 teenage customers asked a member of staff behind the counter a question, after receiving their order. Not sure what was asked however the response from the staff member was rude, aggressive, and quite intimidating. Not a great example of customer service with other customers as an audience

We must of gone on a bad day because the atmosphere from the staff and all around was awful. The shop itself had no vibe, no music and made me feel uncomfortable. We ended up getting our ice creams to go because the noise from the blending machine was way to loud. We got our ice cream and it was rank... luckily my partners and daughters was nice but mine� the one lad who served us had no customer service skills. Wasn’t nice, will NOT be visiting again.

Was really looking forward to trying this new place. Deserts took over a hour to come, as packaged up for take away. Then we found a black hair in one of the cookie doughs. Really would give it a miss, service shocking!!

Very rude staff employed a child and there is photos .. also the girl said she wasent going to go back due to members of male staff stroking her arms etc .. very disgusting members of staff aren’t reasonable and very abrupt threatened to take it to court as false accusations .. if anyone would like the photos then please message me and i can help your concerns . Also started training her without proof of I’d or birth cirtificate or passport no proof of adress bank account or national insurance number. Illegal to have anyone working for you without checks done. A friend tried to raise there concern and they didn’t want to know. 8 males and one (16) year old female someone please tell me how that isn’t abit shifty. They said they were going to go to court about the allegations but unfortunate for them there’s been photos taken in the premises .. predator exsposure company’s have been informed and have the photo evidence etc so we will see what happens in court. I will never ever ever Oder from here

Rang to place an order for delivery not aware that they only take delivery orders online. informed by the member of staff of this. Tried to order online says 'not open for business' rang them back to question this & same member of staff said oh no we've turned the option off atm hmmm? Asked if can take order over the phone & said there system doesn't allow this. SO HOW DO WE PLACE AN ORDER?! Not to worry, take my money elsewhere.
