This place is my go to coffee shop everyday before starting work. The staff are lovely, such beautiful girls and the owner is a diamond. Such amazing coffee, a really gorgeous shop with lots of treats!! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t been! ��

This is our go to place for cake and hot chocolate in Eastbourne. It is child friendly and the staff are always polite and prompt in serving and assisting you. I've had several conversations with the owner during my numerous visits (not because of any problems, just because he was there and my toddler was in a talkative or excited mood) and he is very friendly. Service is always with a smile.



The luxury thick hot chocolate is the best I've ever tasted. The cake is truly delicious and the selection is normally excellent. My husband and I are partial to a nice slice of cake and so far we've not come across another cafe that serves such delicious cake.

This is my happy place. I come here far too often :) super impressed they do take away too now so even in a rush I can still have a hot chocolate. My favourite place to meet with my friends �����

Polite friendly staff.Enjoyed small leek and potato soup + half fresh egg mayo sandwich ( great price) Cappuccino was how I liked it ..not weak with lovely dark choc sweet. Lovely and cool outside in the shade.Toilets get s high score from me..very clean/pleasant. Would recommend.Bit quirky inside...fun.

Out standing value for money and lovely surroundings. One of very few great experiences in coffee shops in Eastbourne.

I went for lunch with my little girl, the staff were great! Food was very yummy!

I have only recently discovered this place myself and I love it. The other day I enjoyed a Gorgeous thick hot chocolate with all the trimmings and a tea cake and today a lovely hot cup of tea, both times with complementary chocolates � So yummy, so friendly and couldn't recommend it enough. I will be sure to spread the word to friends and family.

I brought a few friends to this coffee shop to experience the luxury thick hot chocolate that I have raved about - they loved it! There was a slight problem with a piece of cake but David the manager provided amazing customer service and we also met their new baker who is going to be changing the recipe of the cake. We are looking forward to trying her new cakes, although I love their banana and chocolate cake, which I've only just realised is vegan - I would never have guessed. Thankyou to David and his team for making us all feel welcome and for your excellent customer service.

Came here yesterday with my girlfriend and we had a mocha and a cappuccino and was once again fantastic. Been here a few times before and has always been lovely. Staff are always polite and friendly which is an added bonus. Best coffee around by far! Oh and the truffles are pretty special too 👌🏼

I ordered a falafel sandwich. Unfortunately all I could taste was margarine so had to take the filling out and scrape the margarine off.

I don't like margarine, it's a poor substitute for butter or olive oil.

Hadn't been in for a while so popped in for a late lunch. I really want to love the place, I do, as they sell my favourite rose and violet fondants as well as selling Lovechok raw, organic cacao bars. But sadly I found the service has gone very downhill, very lacklustre - staff not warm and welcoming at all, my toastie was soggy, we had no cutlery/napkins (went and asked for napkins), and no-one checked back to see if our order was ok. A member of staff spent a very long time behind the chocolate counter scrolling through her social media (balcony seats offer a great view), and the chandelier is so dusty and cobwebby it belongs in Miss Haversham's mansion. I have 25yrs experience working in the catering & hospitality/food industries, so the cherry on the cake (or the straw that broke the camel's back?) for me is seeing a member of staff using the same blue dustpan and brush to both sweep the floor and then clean the worksurface around the coffee machine. Sorry, but no �� Please sort out your hygiene practices!

The place has really nice vegan options, but I really didn't like the staff "I don't want to be here, I don't care" attitude, tables were dirty and tbh for 2 vegan milkshakes that were nothing spectacular £9 it is really shocking! I had amazing monster shakes with towers of toppings of chocolate and sprinkles and oreos topped up with scoops of ice cream oozing out the glass for less money than that in London!

How disappointing that you cancelled an event on the day it was due to happen. No reason other than you would make more money from opening the area to the public. The booking was accepted & confirmed - you should have honoured it. Really shabby.

Cancelled our baby shower hours before the booking. Lucky we found somewhere else on short notice. Very disappointing.
