I don’t know about you, but I am someone who is always ‘hurrying to rush’. Even when I’m sat down doing nothing I rarely feel relaxed because the radio in my head is always turned up full volume. It’s usually telling me the story of what I need to do and how I should feel guilty if I don’t do it. But sometimes we need to do nothing. To sit in the void and just be in that present moment.
