Went down with my staff yesterday, amazing experience with lots of different mode to play. Staff were great!! Paintballs quite pricey though.

Took my Scouts (10-14 year olds) here for a treat day out. The first two games they were with a much older group and came back saying how unfair it was, we complained to the marshals and they couldn't have been more helpful. They split the older ones into a separate game, and when the younger group we were with went home at lunchtime the site organised a marshal and games just for our group as they could only have been mixed with the older group from the morning session. They went out of their way to make sure the Scouts had a great day and even organised for me to go into one of the arenas to invest a new Scout!! The free tea and coffee in the waiting area was a nice touch and the centre staff also gave hot water bottles to the adults sitting out of the games which was much appreciated on a cold February morning!

There were only 3 of us in our group (2 adults and a 10 year old) but we were able to join in with a larger group and made to feel very welcome. The marshals (Shannon and S) were very helpful and attentive. The worst part was getting shot in the throat but Shannon took me to first aid and made sure I was ok before resuming the game, we had a brilliant day all in all and will definitely be returning. My son and his friends (inc Girls) had the best day ever yesterday! Weather was cold but at least it was dry and sunny, best conditions really. As other reviewers we spent way more than planned on the balls but really as long as they all had a great time. We was there from 9:15 until 4:30. Have to thank the very friendly reception staff and ground Marshalls for keeping me warm with their hot water bottles while waiting around. Just one thing was a little chaotic at the start while registering our group in, plus some of the leader marshalls can be a bit forceful with the young ones. Other than that we all had a great day!

Me and mates had a great time yesterday for friends birthday, this is my 7th time paintball from 4 different sites, this site was definitely more organised then any other I've been to, even with the amount of people there the day was carefully planned out.



The registration at the beginning was a bit hectic but there are something's that can't be helped, it was no different from any other site I've visited, the equipment was in good nick and the body armour did it's job (which helped when I went a bit crazy and ran at the enemy).



The prices for the paint, smokes ect were a fair rate considering the other sites visited (not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive) with some good deals on bulk buying.



The Marshall's were great had everything under control and even when they got some complaints attempted to solve the situation as quickly and calmly as possible.



All in all a very good day out, very enjoyable I will definitely be returning for my birthday this year, #Telminator #igetknockeddown #igetupagain

I went as part of a work team and we loved it, staff were fair and engaging and despite the muddy terrain we all had a great time ! Would suggest preparing to spend a bit of money on extra balls though as alot of other players had to drop out due to running out

Had a great days marshalls sam w and teddy were great best marshalls made sure the rules were up held and I'll defiantly come back

Had a great day!! Was my first paintballing experience and I loved it. The marshal Shannon was fantastic, very helpful and went the extra mile to make our day brilliant. Already trying to plan my next visit!!

First time paintballing, had plenty of fields, safety was good, staff was good, had an amazing 7 hours, we was 9 and slaughtered a team of 21! Will say had a problem with the guns twice, fired like a shot gun, lost a load of balls and gun jammed in crucial moments but staff was always there to clean the guns out or I jam them, and I was also compensated on balls lost so for THAT reason especially I give the place 5*'s not 4.. Will defo come back for some more adrenaline/sweat filled fun

Absolutely fantastic! Great staff that are very happy to help with any enquiries you have on your gun and clocking up. I went on my stag do there on Saturday the 26th of June. The Sun was out and obviously sweating madly but great fun! Very highly recommended it! Great buzz!!

Absolutely fantastic day today for my sons 14th Birthday all the staff were amazing especially Shannon who made their day really special. Very well organised. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It’s the best paintball venue I have been to.

Absolutely fantastic day had by all of us, loved the events and the staff were blinding especially Daisy and the manager Alex,apologies to all those we shot (that would be everyone who wasn't on our team!!!!) rest assured you will see us again........soon.

A great team of staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, a great set up my group ages were 12 - 69 and they had the best time we will be going back.

Yes a fairly good day spoilt at the end by someone taking competition a bit too far. Other than this out group had a good day.

Great day but feel we were miss informed on cost when purchased the day for my sons 12th birthday , was told my representive how much day would cost, as he took nearly an hour to work out how much each player would be , if I had of known exactly how much the day would cost I most definitely would of reduced numbers, I was very unsure whether to purchase at 1st anyway and explained my situation to Muhammed who assured me on prices. Very very disappointed feel conned , the 9 paintballers had a great day even though when we complained that there was one person on another team who was shooting at close range causing injury nothing was done about it. Was told the others were "merely having fun" why have rules if you don't get people to follow them.

Overall the stewards were great, very friendly and welcoming but very unhappy about being put into a position where hundreds of pounds more was needed.

Assistant manager can't fault he was so tentative and always checking in,sadly he wasn't around when we had our issue .

Today was an absolute horrible day. The marshals had no idea what was going on! They didn't take control of what was going on! People were taking there masks of and safety was at risk!! They were biased to one team and had no communication between then! I will not be going to them again! I've been 6 times but this day has changed my mind!!!

Overall, I'm glad for the paintball experience and had a lot of fun with my friends but Delta Force's focus is definitely on getting you to spend more money rather than enjoying the day which was apparent through the poor organisation of the day, needless to say, I will not be revisiting.

After visiting last weekend with my nephew and 17 others and having a fantastic day I have been severely disappointed with my sons 13th birthday party today.

An excellent start to the day but a very upsetting afternoon. My 16 year old nephew was assaulted (punched in the face) by an adult. Not only did the Marshall decide not to believe him (and 5 witnesses including 3 very distressed children) he chose to ignore the advice of another party who happen to be off duty police officers. The police officers told the marshal the adult should be made to leave. Instead your marshal engaged in a laugh and a chat with him. This resulted in the same adult 15 minutes later starting an argument with my partner, calling him a liar in front of our sons and sons friends causing further upset to my children.

Our party then missed out on a standard game, plus the terminator part and the hunger games. Our party were also winning and didn't have a presentation. Only half of them received certificates. Bullets were lost and 200 were stolen (believed to be by the same party as assaulted my nephew, reported to a marshal and also ignored)

To say I'm disgusted and devastated in an under statement. Take this as a formal complaint to be dealt with as such. If I do not receive a satisfactory response I will take this further!!!!
