All I can say is RUSH RUSH RUSH. Here they want you in/out and don't really care what your nails look like. Also I have to add there is a man in there who is very unprofessional and actually quite rude - made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer! I would recommend Fashion Nails down Barkingside High Street - after trying them all this was the best.

I have been a regular since it opened. However, today, the young man with a tattoo was brash and rushed. The young girl who pedicured had to be told about putting the massage chair on and repaint a streak left and was extremely rude as she shouted when enquiring about the price. Both young staff need customer service training.

Wouldn't even give it one star but have no choice. Burnt my foot with hot water to prove that it was not hot but on top of that she grabbed my foot and raised it out the water with force when I said the water for my pedicure was getting too hot. Rude and need to be shut down. The time before I went she was rude to me and didn't even do my pedicure properly it was down in under 10 minutes

Booked two months in advance for my wedding day. I came ten minutes late due to parking. They gave my appointment away and didnt even bother to call me. Ridiculously rude staff. No costumer sevice. Always have to pay in cash. Not worth the attitude of the staff members. Really disappointed with the sevice. Would not recommend. At all. Especially not before my wedding day. They completely stressed me out.

Worst experience the woman doing my pedicure firstly I had to get her to re scrub as she left dead skin on my feet then she done my French tip on the side of my nail all toe nails were different shapes when she went onto do my full set my nails were at a slant so this young gentleman was kind enough to correct her mistake he also noticed how thick they were without asking made them perfect when I went to pay the woman had the ordasity to charge £1 more for French on my feet as I challenged that I wasn't informed when I chose French and the fact I had to have my hands redone she stated that I was being rude and that she has gone out of her way to correct the problem her staff made in the first place I said it's not about the money it's the principle paid and left

I am a regular here. The pedicures and manicures I have found to be the best in the area. They are always welcoming and are very professional.

I would not go to this nail bar again. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make comments in their Ian language. They would not know this because I am not Chinese. You are greeted by a woman who behaves like she is doing you a favour by uttering a word to you. Not welcoming at all and prices are ridiculous for the substandard service they offer. The salon itself is dirty, full of dust and old equipment . Staff eat their food at the nail stations. I would not have rated 1 even however review will not be posted without it. Totally detest this salon and the third rate idiots that work here - do not go here
