I called Dave out when my gas fire broke down and he arrived very promptly. He was friendly, very helpful, considerate, and had my fire fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend and use him again in the future, as he gave an excellent service and went beyond the call of duty.

My heating broke down just before Christmas (along with everyone else's in Bridlington by the sounds of it) and many calls to many engineers resulted in much frustration with everyone not being bothered. However Dave from DEM was the only one that showed any interest and he arrived as promised the same day. Not only did he find (and fix) the fault straight away he explained to me how the system worked in terms that I could understand. Really nice guy and he'll now get my annual service business plus the business of enyone that asks me if I know a good plumbing and heating firm.

The service we received from DEM was excellent: efficient and professional. They turned up very promptly, left no mess - just got the job done. We had our boiler and heating fixed and serviced. No dramas, just a thoroughly good job. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
