She trained for eleven years in anatomy, physiology, pathology, medical diagnosis and Osteopathic techniques at Hertford Regional College, and Middlesex University, in association with The College of Osteopaths, gaining her BSc (Hons) Ost degree. Ann has previously worked with the team from Herts Action for Disability at the Woodside Centre for the benefit of clients with accessibility challenges, and also with the team at Herts MS Therapy Centre in Letchworth.

Ann works within Chilli Pilates helping people achieve their goals from poor posture, rehab to marathon’s; no complaint is too small!

Ann also offers Visceral (abdomen) Osteopathy, Orthotics, Acupuncture, and Swedish Body Massage (IIHHT), Posture Advice and has a special interest in shoulder complaints, visceral and foot biomechanics.
