We aim to impress students with the variety and flavour of plant-based dishes, using fresh, locally-sourced and seasonal produce and introducing more unfamiliar ingredients.

Demuths Cookery School, based in the centre of Bath with wonderful views of Bath Abbey, is less than a ten minute walk from Bath Spa train station.
