Den Norske Klub has been a central social meeting place for Norwegians in London for over 125 years.

The Klub (this is the original spelling from 1887) arranges dinners, lunches, talks and social events, offering opportunities for networking, meeting old friends and making new ones.
Founded on 17th May 1887, DNK is the oldest club of its kind in the UK and a focal point for the Norwegian community in and around London.
Membership brings many advantages, such as use of the club house at weekends including free use of the gym, swimming pool, sauna and squash courts; free entry to the Roof Garden night club; discounts on goods and services; reduced rate for 17. mai dinner and "julebord" as well as the quarterly magazine Northern Lights.
The Klub has its premises at No. 4, St James’s Square, London W1. The building, a magnificent Grade II listed town house in a classical Georgian style, is owned and operated by the Naval & Military Club, also known as “The In & Out”.

Den Norske Klub "Fredagspils"
On the first Friday of every month, Den Norske Klub welcomes its members and potential new members, to "Fredaspils", Norwegian for after-work drinks. Non-members are welcome.
Time: 1st Friday of the month from 6.30pm
... Venue: Canning Room, Den Norske Klub, 4 St James's Square
RSVP: Members are not required to be entered on the guest list and may sign in any guests accompanying them at reception. Non-members, please email secretary@dennorskeklub.co,uk before 11am the Friday of the event to put your name on the guest-list.
Dress code: Business suit and tie (or jacket and tie) for gentlemen and smart dress for ladies. No jeans or trainers are permitted.
