I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan 10 years ago while feeling fat, frumpy and miserable. I was introduced to the best diet in the world. My weight came off easily and quickly. I was feeling healthier and happier , within a few short months, I had lost the stones that I’d been struggling to lose for years.
Cambridge Weight Plan has been a part of my life since. I've been to weddings, taken holidays and days out feeling happy and confident as I was slimmer and healthier! No more avoiding the camera!
