This is the surprise birthday cake an American student studying at Ashburton Cookery School. Her mom called me from the USA to ask me to help. The chocolate overload drip cakes is 8" tall. The is chocolate mint; chocolate mint sponge with mint flavoured Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Decorated with, yes more chocolate mint flavours; mint Aero chocolate bars and balls, dairy milk with mint oeros in, mint Ores and other assorted chocolates and popcorn. I hope Megan loves the surprise and know that her mom is thinking of her xxx

I sent my son to get my peppermint extract last night, he came back with two!! 😂 So as I'm making a chocolate mint drip cake today and as I have a "ton" of peppermint extract I thought why not add Chocolate Mint flavour to my list. Do you agrees???? 😁
