During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have had to take the decision to close our practice for the lockdown period. However, we will be able to attend to any emergency eye care needs you have at our Petersfield practice. Please call us on 023 9226 6536 and we will arrange a call from our optometrist.
If you need to collect glasses or contact lenses, please telephone and Su will be able to arrange a time to meet you at the practice to collect these.

Its National save your vision month! Every optometrists favourite time of the year! In honour of that, here are some tips to help save YOUR vision!
Tip #1 Eat your fish! Or other sources of omega 3. This will aid in protecting your eyes from things such as cataract's and glaucoma!
... Tip #2 Remember, just because the sun doesn't seem present in our dingy country, doesn't mean UV has gone away! for this reason, it is important to protect your eyes from UV with a good pair of sunglasses, not matter the season!
Tip #3 Be careful with your computer use! If you're using a computer for long time periods each day, every ten minutes take 10 seconds to look away, and focus on something roughly 10ft away
