What a breath of fresh air .

Receptionist was extremely efficient & friendly taking the time to speak with people reasuring us first timers to this practice .

The dentist was kind , gentle & informative , with an assistant , first time for a while where i didn't have to hold any tools during treatment .

An absolutely fantastic practice & would recommend to any family & friends .

Well where do I start first time at this dentist and omg they are truly amazing from the first phone call with Hazel to the day I was meant to go (but it all went wrong and I couldn't make it) so poor Hazel had to deal with a very emotional reck and she was brilliant and then when I arrived today they put me at ease straight away even to the point that Hazel came out to say hello to me which was so lovely and then Nora the dentist doing an amazing job calming me and taking out a very stubborn tooth and making what I thought was going to be a truly awful experience to a nice calm relaxing one thank you guys you are brilliant and so lovely.....wish you was my family's dentist keep up the fantastic work you do xx

Today I had my tooth extracted and as a nervous patient I was dreading it! I needn’t had worried, I was treated with such care and respect by both Hazel and Nora from the moment I stepped in the door. I wasn’t hurried, I was able to ask questions, share my concerns and I felt listened to. The procedure was much much better than I had anticipated and I’d like to thank Nora for helping me through a difficult procedure with such professionalism yet in a warm and friendly way and to Hazel for helping to keep me calm and for taking such good care of me.

Thank you for making my appointment easy for me.. I had a wisdom tooth out and the dentist was lovely. Every1 makes you feel welcome..

Kind, reassuring, gentle, I was referred from my own dentist, but wish these were my full time dentist, the dental nurse Hazel was so kind reassuring me the whole way through the procedure, of which I was terrified

I was so so nervous to have my wisdom tooth out! The lovely lady on reception and the really friendly dentists put me at ease which was just amazing. The whole visit was just so much better than I imagined. Thank you so much to the very professional, calm, lovely dentists �

I was referred to dental concepts by my dentist for a tooth extraction. I am one of those people that go regularly to the dentist in the hope that I won’t have to have any treatment but unfortunately I did! From the moment I arrived at the surgery I was looked after. Everyone was friendly and put me at my ease even though I was petrified. Catherine (the oral surgeon) and the dental nurse (sorry I can’t remember your name) were amazing. Catherine talked me through the procedure and explained everything to me and how I would feel. It is the most positive, pain free procedure I have ever had done. Thank you so so much.

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth to be removed, everything from start to finish was to the highest standard, the care the staff showed towards me was outstanding.

I never thought that I would have anything nice to say about dental treatment, from the moment that I checked in I was made to feel comfortable. I was referred there by my regular dentist who was unable to extract the roots after removing a tooth, I was apprehensive about this procedure as I had heard some horror stories, after a very short wait Hazel came for me and introduced me to Nora, they reassured me and I was kept fully informed as to what will happen and I can honestly say, that I at no time had any discomfort, even now as the anaesthetic has disappeared there is minimal discomfort. Well done to you all and thank you. Peter.

I have to say that the experience I had with Paula and Simon was excellent. Paula really took her time measuring and taking impressions and it paid off. The set of teeth she made me fit right from the first time I put them in. I have just been to see her after wearing them for two weeks and after a bit of tweaking I have to say they are as near perfect as you can get. To say that I am over the moon is putting it mildly.

So thank you to all the team.

I have just attended this lovely dental practice to have a tooth extraction. To say I was nervous would be an understatement! Hazel called me the other day to arrange the appointment and was exceptionally friendly and re assured me everything would be ok! She had the highest praise for Nora. On arrival at the practice Hazel came to meet me with a huge grin and welcome. Nora was an absolute treasure. They both put my mind at ease immediately, talking me through the procedure. Nora was very professional but with such a kind approach, checking I was ok at each stage. It's a shame that this isn't my regular dental practice as both these lovely ladies made the whole experience pleasant and not the nightmare I had conjured up in my mind! Thank you so very much

I had an excellent experience, very professional and sympathetic to my needs. They explained all necessary information for the procedure and gave me after operation help sheet and telephone number incase of problems. I would definitely promote Dental Concepts.

I had a crown extracted 1 Dec 2017. The dentist left the root in. Today 3rd May after being referred to Concepts my roots were removed by Norah!!!!. What a calm and reassuring young lady

I had a really bad ordeal in Dec!!. Norah carmly told me what to expect. Throughout the procedure she told me exactly what she was doing. I left Concepts after half an hour having had a great experience provided by Norah and her assistant. Just fantastic. Thank you very much Norah!😊😊😊😊

I cannot praise the team enough I've been petrified of going to the dentist for years, I took the plunge and went to my appointment and finally I've got the results of a great smile while being very looked after for once in my life I'm happy to go to the dentist
