Rude staff and the whole place seemed moody
Not a smile on any staff face
Also there facebook page is worse rude sarcastic comments you get if you message them
Worse preserved railway in the uk by far
Waste of money

Excellent Preserved railway. Friendly Volunteers, great trains & rolling stock. Always doing something & making improvements. Would highly recommend.

Often have events on during the year . Nice cafe and friendly staff many volunteers .

We really enjoyed the high tea train ride.
