Unfortunately I had a bad reaction. I initially went there to improve the surface of my skin. I told Kate that I was prescribed Dermol 500 for dry itchy skin. I wanted to erase sun spots but was aware that my skin was badly sun damaged and very dry. I have since spoken to Kate but am not satisfied with her response. After one week of using the products advised my face broke out in a red itchy rash. I phoned to tell her and cancel a further appointment. I was not told to photo my face, I would have liked an apology and an offer of some money back! I have visited a couple of salons in the past and never experienced a reaction like this. I think the products are over priced, I received no invoice so each product was not individually priced. Sadly I would not recommend this salon to anyone. My money was wasted as a couple of items I dare not use.

Absolutely terrible service. I wanted to get a gift for my wife, the staff were incredibly condescending when I was unsure about what I wanted. Would not go back and would not recommend.

I had a skin analysis with Kate who gave me some expert advice and really educated me on my skin with a machine. She then told me which products I needed to be using and I've already seen results form using it a few weeks now. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to improve their skin.

I have had two out of three Dermaroller treatments with Kate at Dermacare Salon, hoping to improve some of the deeper lines on my face and so far so great! Kate is obviously an experienced practitioner, she explained the procedure step by step and was extremely professional but friendly at the same time, making me feel very comfortable. After the treatment my face was quite red but Kate applied a lovely tinted sunscreen which calmed it almost immediately. I have already seen a difference in my skin after 2 treatments, can't wait for the next one!
