Chelsea is amazing, her attention to detail (even at the busiest times of year) is fabulous, she never cuts corners....and I'm sure this is why her Shellac nails consistently last 3 weeks and are incredibly priced! Always a big smile and a pleasure to spend an hour with every couple of weeks!
