We've used Amanda many times for our family holidays. She takes time to listen to what we want, to understand our budget and then invariably produces a number of tailored options for us to consider. Really recommend this company. I've always researched and booked my holidays myself but now with us both working full time and 2 young children my time is more precious now. I met one of the staff by chance and said she would get someone to give me a call. I doubt if there is any travel agent out there who comes close to how hard Amanda and the team works for its customers. We have three children of varied ages and requirements and flight times, room size, whether hotels can guarantee interconnecting rooms etc is really important to us. The Designer team always respond with detailed information based on first-hand experience. They've also saved us money on flight options, free seat choices - which can add up on some flights - and found us repeat booking discounts, all inclusive sports deals, loads of stuff... We wouldn't use anyone else.

I came across Amanda and Designer Travel many years ago, whilst trying to book a particular holiday, with limited availability. Amanda managed to get everything we requested and more. Amanda's extensive experience within the travel industry takes all of the stress out of booking a holiday.
