Destination Pet

Ordered a dog coat on line which was shown as in stock - sent numerous e-mails to which I only had one reply confirming my order had been received and would be despatched asap. Spoke to an advisor who said she would get another one sent out as it looked like it had gone missing which also has not turned up !
they took the money quick enough - I only wish I'd read the reviews on this site - DO NOT USE

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Wish I'd read these reviews first! Contacted 5 times in three weeks - first courier couldn't find address, so allegedly sent with different one. Contacted couriers - no such parcel. No response to emails and card not refunded. Needless to say, no goods either. They appear to 'stock' goods difficult to find and out of stock elsewhere. If something's too good to be true.... Have contacted Trading Standards amongst others. WARNING!!! Not sure exactly what this 'company' is up to, but bear in mind they will have your credit card details, address etc ......

Im a very unhappy customer ordered a Juwel rio 180 fish tank on 22 sept said was dispatched on the 27sept and stili waiting for delivery on the 14oct Told me on standard delivery and classed as non ergent. Made many phone calls and on line chats they keep telling me in the system and on its way but still waiting Told it is now at my local depot for delivery im still waiting .I will never order from this company again they can not ever give a clear answer . if it does not arrive soon i will be asking for a refund .WATCH THIS SPACE

Absolutely amazing service. Warmly greeted, had to wait to be served as the shop was busy but the staff are friendly and very knowledge on different brands of food, new customer for live!!!

Atrocious, online company is a joke. After 1 month never got my order, excuse after excuse. They do not reply to e-mails and phone calls, customer service is none existent. Sent 2 emails and made 7 phone calls to them, original order never came, replacement order never came. Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Will see if the refund is credited back otherwise I will get the card company to recover my money.
Avoid at all costs, companies like this do not deserve your custom!!!!!

This company is horrendous to the point I don't know if the website is a legitimate company or a scammer posing as the shop! (Just in case they try to use this as an excuse for not delivering this is not true. Destination pet is also known as Pet instinct and if you ring the number on their website this is confirmed)
I purchased a chicken coop almost 2 months ago and have been constantly fobbed off and outright lied to.
They told me my delivery was with yodel yet when I called yodel they said they had no record of any deliveries to my address. When I challenged them on this they LIED and said there was a mix up with the delivery and they would be sending the item back to yodel.
I called a couple of days later again and was told that the second package was with yodel... this was a LIE yet again as yodel said they had no record of this at all. I've gone from thinking this was an amateurish company to thinking I've been ripped off.
I would avoid this company like the plague! Even for the £30 or so cheaper item I'd may have rather pay that and get something from a genuine and professional company.
Chasing this company up every day isn't worth it!
