Developing Perspectives

Hi! Welcome to Developing Perspectives. As graduate students at the IDS, we are part of an incredibly diverse blend of cultures, experiences, and opinions. It is the debates and discussions - sometimes heated, sometimes funny, always interesting - that make our stay at IDS so valuable. By sharing experiences working in the development field, thoughts on current issues, and theories encountered in lectures we hope to deepen our understanding of development. It is by putting pen to paper that ideas are put to the test. Developing Perspectives was born out of the desire to provide a platform on which students can expand on those sparks and ideas.
